Welcome to ENAuto Parts and Equipments! We take great pride in the quality of our products. That’s why every vehicle hoist purchase comes with a *3-year parts-only warranty*, while all other products are backed by a *12-month parts-only warranty*.

Please remember that our warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. To make a warranty claim, simply provide proof of purchase along with photographs and details of the issue.

Important: All our garage equipment is designed for indoor use. Installation outdoors or exposure to the elements will void the warranty.

If we confirm that your item is faulty, ENAuto Parts and Equipments will cover the shipping costs for replacement parts as well as the return of any defective items.

We strive to maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts for all our products; however, some parts may need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer.

For parts outside the warranty period, we will supply them at cost price plus freight. We believe in fair pricing and do not profit from repairs.

Please note that our warranty does not cover misuse of any products. We encourage you to handle our equipment with care and reach out if you have any questions or uncertainties.

All products must be installed and used according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Shipping Time Frame

At ENAuto Parts and Equipments, we aim to deliver your items within *10 business days* for most in-stock products. If an item is currently out of stock, the standard delivery timeframe will begin once the item is back in stock.

Refund/Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange or refund an unopened item, you can do so within *14 days* of receiving your order.

For orders placed through Zip or Humm90, please be aware that any refunds will exclude individual merchant fees.

Additionally, items returned without an exchange will incur a *10% restocking fee* based on the value of the returned item.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items at our warehouse.
